Zed's Mechanical Service is excellent; they are thorough, and all the mechanics are well-trained and experienced. They communicate well with customers and even clean my car.

Great experience at Zeds Mechanical and Maintenance Workshop. The team is friendly, professional, and really knows their stuff. What stood out the most was the pricing — very fair and affordable compared to other places, with no hidden costs. The work was done properly and on time. Definitely recommend if you want quality work at a good price!

I’m really happy with the service I received from Zeds Mechanical & Maintenance. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, professional and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. The work was completed professionally, and my car was looked after very well. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but I would definitely come back here again. Great customer service, reliable work and a friendly team. I highly recommend Zeds Mechanical & Maintenance to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional mechanic.

Firstly, many of the 5 star ratings are bullshit cause they charge 5-10% less if you rate them online using their QR code. Last time I went there with a battery issue. My car wasn't starting without a jump start. I clearly asked them several times to check the alternator and then change the battery. They didn't do that, overcharged me with the battery. Then without checking the alternator handed over the car. Again I kept insisting that there's still a noise, which is not supposed to be there. They kept telling me, alternator is fine and then showed me battery power and guess what! It wasn't working properly, as soon as they started the engine the battery voltage on the meter started getting down. Then they realized that there's an issue with the alternator and told me that it might be costly, maybe I can look for alternative shops (they didn't even check the price at time, they already knew they've made a mess). Why I went to them? First time I went to them a few months ago and at that time they did a great job in partly solving my car's issue with vibration. Did maintenance service twice after that (average, overcharged 2nd time). That's why wanted to trust the service since it's just 2km away from where I live.

Zeds Mechanical is absolutely amazing! I love their service. They did a wheel alignment for the best price in WA, and they even give complimentary snacks to their customers as well. 💯💯
